- Analysis of energy bills and metering data to define baseline consumption and demand, with comparison to industry benchmarks.
- Preparation of a seasonal energy consumption profile.
- Tariff analysis and comparison.
- Detailed analysis of energy usage, and preparation of an Energy Balance report (with energy inflows and outflows).
- Detailed evaluation of savings opportunities to an accuracy of +/- 10%, including payback and IRR calculations.
